Located in the heart of the valley between the North and South Saskatchewan Rivers, and midway between Saskatoon and Prince Albert at the junction of Highways #11 and #312, our beautiful town wecomes you to come visit all it has to offer.
With more than 100 retail service and home based businesses, a hospital with six physicians, chiropractoc clinic, community services clinic and a dental office, this Town of Rosthern has everything covered. The Town of Rosthern also has several emergency services such as, ambulance, fire department, rescue squad and RCMP all located within the town.
Educational facilites include and elementary school, a high school, and a junior college (private school).
Rostherns sporting facilities are second to none. The new Valley Aquatic Centre features a junior-size Olympic outdoor pool with a zero-depth entrance and a new change room facility. The Jubilee Sports Centre houses an arena and a curling rink, both with artificial ice. Other sporting venues used by many include the shaled ball diamonds, and batting cages, soccer fields, tennis courts, bowling alley, football field. The four designated walking trails promote health, fitness and other activities such as bird watching.
